Job summary
PF Plumbing in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a New Construction Manager to own residential and commercial plumbing projects from bid to closeout. You will lead Field Managers and Estimator, win work, price for profitability, and ensure on-schedule delivery and quality installations while protecting margins.
This is a leadership role requiring strong client relationships with builders and general contractors, and active pipeline management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential or light commercial new construction plumbing experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading crews or supervisors.
- Proven experience selling to or managing relationships with builders and general contractors.
- Strong plan-reading skills.
- Experience with takeoffs and estimating.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the new construction pipeline with builders, general contractors and developers.
- Own the pipeline, identify opportunities and track bids from invitation through award.
- Set pricing strategy and approve bids and proposals; review margins and change orders.
- Walk plans with builders and negotiate scope, pricing and payment terms.
- Close contracts and hand off awarded projects to field teams; follow up on lost bids.
