Job summary

PF Plumbing in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a New Construction Manager to own residential and commercial plumbing from bid to closeout. You will win work, price for profitability, manage schedules, and lead Field Managers and the Estimator while serving builders and GC’s as a single point of contact.

The role emphasizes maintaining bid pipelines, protecting margins, and delivering quality installations in a demanding market. A company vehicle and phone are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential or light commercial new construction plumbing
• 2+ years leading crews or supervisors
• Proven experience selling to or managing relationships with builders and general contractors
• Strong plan-reading skills
• Experience with takeoffs and estimating
• Knowledge of job costing and local plumbing codes

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the new construction pipeline and bid board
• Set pricing strategy and review margins before proposals
• Lead Field Managers and Estimator, with weekly meetings
• Coordinate schedules across underground, rough-in, top-out and trim phases
• Ensure builder deadlines and project milestones are met
• Coach and develop field leadership and manage safety and quality
