Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of custom residential construction and production building.
• Experience managing multiple homes simultaneously.

• Familiarity with South Richmond area vendors and subs.

Responsibilities

• Review leads with Sales Team.
• Approve advertising budgets.
• Weekly updates with Division President.
• Review sales pipeline, contracts, starts, warranty, settlements.
• Plan reviews and job inspections.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor and supervise employees, subs and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and hire subs and suppliers.
• Review overhead costs and P&L.
• Address customer concerns and communicate resolutions.
