Confidential Residential Electrical Contractor, a premier residential electrical contractor, seeks a New Construction Electrician (Rough-In & Trim Specialist) to install electrical systems in high-volume single-family subdivisions. You will own field projects, executing rough-in wiring and finish-out phases with a focus on speed, accuracy, and safety.

The role emphasizes a production-based pay structure, weekly pay, and opportunities for career advancement while adhering to OSHA safety standards

Qualifications

• Residential electrical wiring experience across rough-in and trim-out phases.
• Ability to read and interpret residential electrical plans and builder specs.
• Functional knowledge of NEC guidelines and electrical code compliance.
• Comfort with a performance-based piece-rate compensation structure.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in unfinished homes.

Responsibilities

• Rough-in phase execution: framing, boxes, NM-B routing, panel installs.
• Trim-out phase: install switches, outlets, lighting, sub-panels, smart home modules.
• Read and implement from blueprints and schematics; ensure NEC compliance.
• Perform circuit tests, voltage checks, and inspections readiness.
