Job summary

Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers is seeking a New Client Specialist in Texas to warmly welcome callers and gather essential facts to determine if our firm is the right fit. You will work with a supportive team and focus on care and compassion in every client interaction.

You’ll handle walk-ins, calls, texts, and emails, collecting information and guiding clients through the sign-up process while coordinating appointments. Strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain conversation control with kindness and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor toward clients.
• Customer service background is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and another language is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming streams of leads with urgency.
• Handle walk-ins, phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Gather critical information from potential clients (in person or by phone).
• Develop understanding of various injury cases.
• Speak and listen with detail and compassion during client conversations.
• Guide clients through the decision to hire the firm.
• Assist clients with sign-up process for a smooth experience.
• Navigate leads and software to assist clients quickly.
• Organize appointments with new clients.
• Draft, review, and mail letters as needed.
