Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers is hiring a New Client Specialist in Bryan, TX. You’ll create a welcoming space for potential clients, gather essential facts, and guide them through the decision to hire our firm. A team lead supports your development and you’ll work across channels to ensure a smooth client experience.

We value compassion, clear communication, and a drive to improve. Bilingual abilities are preferred, and a two-year commitment is expected to maximize growth within the department.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain control of a conversation with kindness and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate incoming streams of leads with a sense of urgency.
• Walk-ins, phone calls, texts, emails.
• Gather critical information from potential clients (in person or over the phone).
• Develop a deep understanding of various injury cases.
• Speak and listen to potential clients with meticulous detail and compassion.
• Lead potential clients through the decision to hire our law firm with confidence.
• Guide potential clients through the sign-up process for an effortless client experience.
• Seamlessly navigate various channels of leads and software for prompt client assistance.
• Organize appointments with new clients.
• Draft, review, and mail letters as needed.
