- Remain logged into the Dialer System for the required hours and accurately log call results
- Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and management while adhering to company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a customer service environment
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Download/10 Upload
