Job summary

Holton Manor in Elkhorn, WI, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide patient/resident care under licensed nurse supervision. You will perform assigned tasks to ensure timely, safe care and communicate with patients, residents, families and health team members.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs.
• Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Document results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice.
• Provides nutritional care.
• Effective communication with residents and family.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The CNA at Holton Manor completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position.

Compensation and Benefits

CNAbase hourly wage: $19.00 – $22.28 per hour depending on experience. PLUS shift differentials – $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift.
