Job summary

CDL-A Regional Drivers needed for Phoenix, AZ. Earn around $1,500 per week with home weekly. Routes include AZ, San Diego, Southern California (not LA), Las Vegas, and Utah. 80% roll carts unloading with liftgate; 20% loose freight. Day and night shifts available.

Must have valid CDL-A, 120 hours training for trainees, and 6–12 months OTR recent experience. Drivers home weekly; pre-employment drug tests required.

Qualifications

• Trainees accepted with at least 120 hours of training.
• Experienced drivers need 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months or 12 months within the past 5 years.
• Must live within 50 miles of ZIP code 85340.
• Must meet MVR and background standards.
• Mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug tests.
• Not SAP-friendly.

Responsibilities

CDL-A Regional Drivers | Phoenix, AZ | $1,500/Week Average | Home Weekly

We're hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional account out of Phoenix. Drivers average around $1,500 per week, with paid loaded miles and weekly home time.

Pay

• $0.60–$0.62 CPM, based on experience
• $100 per load for unloading
• $25 per stop
• Around 1,800 miles per week
• All loaded miles paid

Routes & Home Time

Runs cover Arizona, San Diego and other parts of Southern California (not Los Angeles), Las Vegas, and Utah. Weekend deliveries are rare, and some local Arizona runs may allow an extra day at home.

Drivers are generally home weekly. A Friday delivery in Utah may mean getting home Saturday night, with time off extending into Monday. Some weekend and holiday work may be required based on customer needs.
