Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication under pressure.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of new case submissions via email, API or online enrollment.
• Verify minimum submission requirements are met for new cases.
• Log case progress in Data Entry Turnaround Tool and create folders in drive and iManage.
• Quality control all new cases after approval and maintain QC metrics.
• Follow up to obtain missing information by phone or email.
