Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
• High attention to detail, superior communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to partner with team members to ensure transactions meet insurance requirements and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Process life insurance applications upon receipt and assist case managers with underwriting-related tasks.
• Coordinate with agents, underwriters, vendors, internal sales team members and other resources to support new business operations.
