Carington Financial is adding an experienced New Business Specialist to support Rick Bavetz’s growing practice. This is a remote role for someone who already understands insurance new business and can take a case from application preparation through submission, requirements, issuance, or delivery without needing an advisor to chase every open item.
You will own the day-to-day life and annuity pipeline: preparing and scrubbing applications, maintaining accurate records, troubleshooting portal errors, coordinating transfers and underwriting requirements, communicating with clients and carriers, and keeping every case moving until the loop is closed.
You should already have meaningful hands-on experience processing life insurance or annuity new business, with enough exposure to the other product line to contribute quickly. Strong candidates will also bring:
