What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners, initiating outreach through calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of schools in hosting Book Fairs
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy initiatives
- Track and manage interactions and progress toward sales goals in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and share industry insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Sales Automation and CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
