What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners through outreach efforts
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and setting up appointments for Account Managers
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy

- Collaborate with sales team to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail or territory sales
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Sales Automation or CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for relationship building with clients and team members

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
- Proven leadership ability and qualities in previous roles
- Experience in event management and customer service
