What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners through proactive outreach
- Qualify leads and set appointments for Account Managers based on prospects' needs
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote Book Fairs
- Track and manage sales activities and interactions in the CRM system to meet goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience in retail, territory sales, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM or sales automation software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members
