What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and establish relationships with potential school and district partners through calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads and set appointments for Account Managers based on understanding client needs and interests
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress toward sales goals in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and improve sales techniques
- Support customer satisfaction by executing effective sales and servicing methods

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Proven leadership ability and qualities
