You will cold call, identify customer needs, and present tailored waste and recycling solutions to decision makers, aiming to close contracts and grow first-year accounts.

Qualifications

• Two years outside B2B sales experience preferred with a proven track record.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
• Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions.
• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to schedule first and follow-up appointments.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals to key decision makers.
• Maintain relationships to grow and retain first-year accounts.
• Use the CRM daily to document activities and build profiles.
• Prepare and submit reporting and paperwork per policy.
• Develop awareness of market trends and respond accordingly.
• Attend management meetings to review weekly activities.
