Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years in construction project management or PG&E planning.
• Strong project management, customer contact, and communications skills.
• Valid CA driver's license and California insurance; driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maximize safety by ensuring designs meet standards and compliance requirements.
• Prepare pre-design job packages with field sketches and data for scoping construction.
• Manage scope, schedule and cost from initiation to meter set; monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Proactively manage a new business portfolio to ensure compliance with standard work and company guidelines.
• Schedule and conduct project meetings; identify and address risks; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts reflect tariffs and rates; provide accurate cost/timeline information to partners.
• Coordinate with other departments and partners to apply best rates and tariff interpretation.
• Maintain project documentation and dependencies in the system of record.
