Job summary

PHP Agency seeks a detail-oriented New Business Coordinator to drive life insurance applications from submission to approval with speed, accuracy, and exceptional service. You will work directly with insurance agents, carrier partners, and internal teams to support the critical workflow of obtaining missing information and moving cases forward.

In a fast-paced setting, you will manage data entry, document submission, and coordination across departments while maintaining a strong service mindset

Qualifications

Detail-oriented and service-minded with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word for document handling and data entry.

Responsibilities

Review and process incoming life insurance applications for accuracy and readiness for submission.
Coordinate with agents and carriers to obtain missing information and resolve issues to keep cases moving forward.
Enter, update, and manage application data in proprietary systems with high attention to detail.
Submit applications and contracting paperwork accurately and on time; track recognition points.
