Job summary

Center for Wealth Preservation, LLC in Syosset, NY seeks a New Business Coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and efficient support for advisors in Life Insurance and Investments.

Responsibilities include data entry, case tracking, and liaison activities with the Home Office, while maintaining Salesforce updates and contributing to training efforts within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial concepts
• Proficient with MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with professional attitude
• Strong customer service mindset
• 2+ years in financial services or related admin role preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors including data entry and case tracking for all lines of business
• Deliver prompt communication on the status of accounts in our database
• Act as liaison between Advisors and Home Office until policy completion
• Proactively follow up on NIGO’s
• Collaborate with Team Lead on advisor planning client households
• Back up support with other New Business Coordinators as needed
• Help train new New Business Coordinators and Advisors
• Maintain real-time case status in Salesforce
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Develop understanding of Insurance & Investment submission process
• Provide expertise within Practice360 for insurance questions
• Contact clients to pre-fill paperwork and address discrepancies
• Request, track, and file all pertinent documents
• Respond to Advisor new business submissions and follow ups
