Job description

We are looking for a New Business Account Executive to join our team and drive business in North America.

About nPlan

nPlan aims to revolutionize construction project planning, management, and execution using proprietary Deep Learning technology and a leading dataset.

Backed by Google Ventures, we have ambitious growth plans across the US and Canada, and we seek to expand our presence in the region.

Your role will involve building on our early success with clients like Exxon, NEOM, and Network Rail by onboarding new clients and elevating the business. You will report to the Commercial Director (Head of Sales) and help shape our North American market strategy.

You will join a world-class, well-funded team supported by top investors including GV (formerly Google Ventures). We have experienced tremendous growth over the past five years and have ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond.

Enterprise Account Manager - North America

Initially, you will visit our UK offices for training and to meet your colleagues, gaining industry and product understanding. Subsequently, you will be supported through virtual and in-person interactions, and expected to be a self-starter capable of driving and closing new business.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of success selling SaaS into large enterprises
  • A strong understanding of complex sales processes and forecasting
  • The ability to quickly learn and communicate new concepts, challenging the status quo
  • Grit, tenacity, and resourcefulness
  • Construction and project management knowledge (bonus if selling SaaS to construction projects)
  • Attention to detail—mention the word 'crane' in your application
  • An attitude embodying our values: Aim High Run Fast, Be Radically Truthful, Learn From Everything
