Job summary

Wyyerd Fiber is seeking a New Build Representative in Surprise, AZ. This full-time territory sales role centers on building strong relationships with new home sales agents, property managers, leasing agents and key stakeholders in open trench and MDU communities to generate referrals and expand Wyyerd Fiber’s customer base.

The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, capable of building relationships, creating new business opportunities, and working independently within an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Telecom sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiar with customer record systems, processes and practices.
• Highly organized and good communicator with colleagues and leaders.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete training. (Paid training!)
• Establish and maintain relationships with community managers
• Drive referrals in new build open trench / MDU
• Run and coordinate events within assigned communities
• Coordinate with management to share weekly plans.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver the best service
• Maintain marketing and sales materials in the field
• Identify and drive strategic sales opportunities targeted to Open Trench / MDU communities
• Promote a positive reputation and brand image for Wyyerd in the marketplace
• Other duties as assigned
