Job summary

Banner Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Flora Waterset Apartments in Apollo Beach, FL. This full-time role supports the launch of a new multi-family community, performing appliance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks to keep the property in top condition.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to establish high standards, maintain efficiencies, and provide residents with a place they are proud to call home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of residential property maintenance experience or related trade.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.
• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general appliance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Complete apartment turns, make-readies, and unit inspections.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues; provide timely solutions.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance to protect the property’s assets.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests using a paperless work order system.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with inventory management.
• Perform general carpentry, drywall, painting, and other property repairs.
• Support vendor coordination; ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and curb appeal.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal property needs as required.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards.
