A New Build Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic Stafford based opportunity with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. Salary is upwards of £35K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full caseload of new build matters from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience managing a caseload from start to finish.
