Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group is hiring a part/full-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and organized. You will assist with merchandising, shelf stocking, and daily store tasks while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in high school
• Customer service experience is desirable
• Cash handling experience preferred

• Flexibility in scheduling and ability to use a mobile device for communication
• Ability to lift, stand, and bend during shifts

Description

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Requirements

Education
