New Bedford Harbor Hotel, part of the Lafrance Hospitality family, seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead daily hotel operations and guide front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams.

You will coach staff, monitor guest satisfaction, respond to guest needs, and drive guest experiences while supporting onboarding and training. This is a full‑time role with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Availability and flexibility to work across all hotel departments as operational needs require.
• Solid knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry, gained through relevant experience and/or training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, employees, vendors, and management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Our Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations to ensure all our guests receive an exceptional experience while maximizing profitability. This position provides leadership, coaching, and operational support across key departments, including Harbor Hotel Front Desk, Housekeeping, 222 Union Food & Beverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for departments as assigned by the General Manager
• Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction scores with staff and management, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance the guest experience

PAY: $20 -$23 PER HOUR
