Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open or close retail accounts and IRAs, guiding customers through the process.
• Promote bank products and cross-sell services.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with new customers.
• Process account changes such as name or address updates.
• Rent safe deposit boxes, manage access, and maintain records.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check orders.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and federal/state regulations.
