Job summary

TEKsystems in Memphis, TN is seeking personnel to support the onboarding of Financial Advisors and Branch Associates. You will assist with new accounts openings, verify regulatory compliance, and provide white-glove service via email, Teams, and phone.

The role operates in a hybrid Memphis environment and is contracted for a defined period. The role emphasizes compliance, client service, and collaboration across departments to resolve inquiries and streamline branch operations.

Qualifications

• Assist with opening new customer accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide white-glove service via email/Teams/phone for inquiries.
• Support escalation cases following standard SOPs with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements for new account openings.
• Develop and maintain processes and technical skills for new account planning.
• Provide white-glove service to incoming Raymond James clients and inquiries.
• Assist with escalated inquiries by engaging with other departments per SOP.
• Provide updates on product offerings and simplify standard branch operations.
