Job summary

Raymond James in Memphis, TN is seeking a Customer Account Associate to serve as the critical link between branch offices and the Home Office. The role supports client accounts, ensures regulatory compliance, and resolves escalated issues in a hybrid team environment with three in-office days weekly.

You will review and maintain client records, assist internal associates and financial advisors, and mentor newer staff while upholding firm policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• General experience: 4–6 months.
• Hybrid work environment with in-office days.
• Proficiency with standard office software and CRM systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with requests for information and refer more complex matters to colleagues.
• Answer calls and emails with basic information; refer complex matters to colleagues as necessary.
• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Enter data into company systems and verify accuracy.
• Maintain files and records; organize daily work schedule.
• Follow procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and support team development.
