Job summary

NewEdge Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to manage account opening and repapering processes for accounts across multiple custodians. You will support transitions, data intake, document delivery, and timely processing while ensuring compliance with firm policies.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy. Some travel for onsite support may be required, supporting both clients and advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with custodial platforms (Fidelity, Schwab, RJ, LPL, Goldman) is a plus.
• Strong data entry, document delivery, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support transitions and onboarding of new advisor teams' accounts.
• Handle data intake, form population, document delivery, and new account opening tasks.
• Travel onsite to assist with paperwork distribution and transfer submissions.
