Job summary

NewEdge Advisors in New Orleans is seeking a detail-oriented New Account Opening/Repapering Analyst to manage paperwork and account openings across Fidelity, Schwab, Raymond James, LPL Financial, Goldman Sachs, and sponsor accounts.

You will coordinate onboarding and transitions, handle data intake and form population, support transfer submissions, and perform back-office processing while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely service for clients and advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Experience with account opening, transitions, or back-office processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and transitions for new advisor teams’ accounts.
• Assist with data intake, form population, and document delivery.
• Travel onsite as needed for paperwork distribution and transfers.
• Review and establish new accounts per policies and procedures.
• Perform back-office data entry and transfer processing.
• Respond to client and advisor requests promptly and accurately.
• Ensure compliant account documentation with custodians.
