Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare or managed care (Provider Relations, Population Health, Practice Management, or Customer Success).
• Deep understanding of Value-Based Care, Medicare Advantage, and network challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced 'startup' environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and clinicians.
• Implement smooth EMR referral workflows.
• Monitor market-specific KPIs for high clinician satisfaction.
