Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Hospital Value-Based Provider Programs Manager – Markets to lead the development, implementation, and performance of hospital value-based payment initiatives within the Nevada market. The role drives provider engagement, contract success, and quality measure attainment to optimize financial and quality outcomes.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years in value-based reimbursement, contracting, or population health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and five years of value-based reimbursement or VBR contracting experience.
• Experience with hospitals, health systems, or Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) required.
• Medicaid Managed Care experience preferred; provider incentive programs knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and performance of hospital value-based payment programs.
• Monitor program performance and drive provider engagement and education.
• Collaborate with internal partners and providers to close care gaps and improve outcomes.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, reporting, and program performance monitoring.
• Participate in committees and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and analyze data to support decisions.
