Job summary

Lin Law Group is a full-time Civil Trial Litigation Associate role. The firm handles business and contract litigation, family law, and personal injury matters.

The associate will manage cases through trial with minimal supervision and handle court appearances, negotiations, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Nevada with at least four years of trial experience in civil litigation and/or personal injury, with strong motions practice, discovery,

Qualifications

• Active Nevada bar license is required.
• Minimum four years of trial experience in civil litigation and/or personal injury.
• Strong motions practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation experience.
• Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid legal research skills and knowledge of Nevada state and federal rules.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment.

Responsibilities

• Make court appearances.
• Conduct negotiations, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Draft legal documents at all stages of litigation, including discovery and trial.
• Manage monthly caseload efficiently and meet court deadlines.
