Job summary

Stryker's Neurovascular division seeks a Territory Manager for a Lexington, KY region. You will drive sales and customer support, implementing launch strategies, building key accounts, and educating physicians on innovative stroke therapies.

The role includes 100% commission with bonuses and comprehensive benefits; requires 6+ years clinical sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree. You will monitor market trends and coordinate with marketing to accelerate adoption of new techniques.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of clinical sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes launch strategies by providing product introductions and in-services for customers.
• Analyzes territory and identifies target accounts; generates and follows up on sales leads.
• Monitors competition by gathering market information on pricing, delivery, and merchandising.
• Builds relationships with multiple customers daily; communicates about new products, inventory, and pricing trends.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and recommending solutions to management.
• Supports market development efforts to increase patients eligible for treatment; assists in physician education programs.
