Job summary

UCHealth is hiring a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for the Neurovascular clinic in Loveland, CO. The role focuses on excellent patient care and is based at the Medical Center of the Rockies. Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities are included, with high standards for performance and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of advanced practice experience and a strong neurology background. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado.
• Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) issued by NCCPA.
• Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed.
• Eligible to provide services, reimbursable services, and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
• Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges.
• Prescriptive authority as appropriate.
• BLS certification issued by the AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Work responsibilities will consist of inpatient and outpatient services.
