UCHealth Neurology Clinic in Greeley, CO is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient role. EPIC EMR is used system-wide and a team of five Neurologists supports this growing practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing.
• Unrestricted Colorado PA license or NP license.
• PA-C or NP certification required for hire and maintained.
• DEA permit to prescribe medications.
• Provider status with Medicare/Medicaid.
• Unrestricted medical staff membership and prescribing authority.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-only neurology practice.
• Collaborate with five Neurologists and support staff.
