Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for its Neurosurgery team in Loveland, CO. The role spans clinic care, inpatient rounding, and operating room first assist, with a four-day work week and rotating weekends to total 40 hours.

The ideal candidate has Neurosurgery experience and appropriate licensure/Certification. EPIC EMR is used throughout UCHealth, and visa support is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies and CO licensure.
• NCCPA PA-C certification required for hire.
• Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic care, inpatient rounds, and operating room first assist.
• Maintain a 40-hour week with a four-day schedule and rotating weekends.
• Collaborate with Neurosurgeons and APPs as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system across the practice.
