Job summary

UCHealth Medical Group in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a four-provider team in a fast-paced clinical and surgical practice. The role is full-time with a 60% outpatient clinic and 40% OR first assist/inpatient rounding, Monday–Friday, with 8–10 days of call monthly.

The ideal candidate holds an PA-C or NP credential, an unrestricted Colorado license, DEA and NCCPA/ANCC credentials as required, and is committed to patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in PA studies and PA-C or NP credentials.
• Unrestricted Colorado license and PA-C/NCCPA or NP certification.
• DEA permit to prescribe; basic life support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinic care and OR first assist.
• Collaborate with a team of APPs in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain licensure, complete documentation in EPIC.
