Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking a dynamic Manager, Downstream Marketing to lead growth of the Neurovascular portfolio. This role combines strategic leadership with people management, shaping brand strategy and translating global priorities into campaigns, education initiatives, and scalable programs.

You will build partnerships with marketing and sales, KOLs, and cross-functional teams to drive brand performance, launch new products, and expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred.
• 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
• Neurovascular experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and execution for portfolio growth through campaigns and education strategies.
• Develop annual and long-range brand/indications strategy.
• Create scalable assets, tools, campaigns and best practices.
• Build relationships with internal teams, customers, and KOLs.
• Develop portfolio roadmap 3–5 years.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain.
• Lead lifecycle management including launches and phase-outs.
• Analyze performance and adjust actions to meet strategy.
• Develop training content with Education Manager.
• Organize customer engagement events and medical education programs.
