Stryker Group in Fremont, CA is seeking a dynamic Manager, Downstream Marketing to lead growth of the Neurovascular portfolio. You will translate global priorities into campaigns, engage customers and KOLs, and build a high-performing marketing team.

You will set brand strategy, develop annual plans, collaborate with sales, education, and supply chain, and drive market share through education programs and campaigns shaping future product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred.
• 2+ years of people management experience preferred.
• Neurovascular experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and ensure execution for portfolio growth through marketing campaigns and education strategies.
• Align annual and long-range brand strategy to achieve growth, profit and market share targets.
• Create and distribute scalable assets, campaigns, and best practices for localization.
• Identify engagement opportunities with internal and external audiences to enhance brand value.
• Develop relationships with LOCAL marketers, sales, stakeholders, and key customers (KOL).
• Collaborate to create annual marketing plans and 3–5 year portfolio roadmaps.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain partners.
• Define regional product lifecycle including launches and phase-outs.
• Provide analysis of performance and drive mitigating actions to meet strategy.
• Develop portfolio through new product development, line extensions, and potential M&A.
• Identify training needs with Education Manager and create content.
• Create scalable customer engagement events and medical education programs.
• Manage branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing based on market insights.
• Lead KOL development and support HCP academy plans aligned with brand strategy.
