Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for portfolio growth and lead campaigns and education strategies.
• Develop annual/3–5 year marketing plans and roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with key customers, KOLs, sales and education teams to drive brand performance.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain on regional product lifecycle and launches.
• Create scalable assets, tools, and campaigns that can be localized for impact.
