Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of Neuro ICU experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s in Nursing preferred.
• Current Texas nursing license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nurse Manager with deployment of departmental goals and staffing decisions.
• Oversee daily unit operations and coordinate care between nurses and providers.
• Lead staff development, quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Provide mentorship and performance coaching to nursing staff.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based patient care and effective interdepartmental communication.
