Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Neurosurgery Charge Nurse (RN) to lead a 21-bed unit caring for post-cranial and spinal surgery patients, stroke, and neuro deficits. You will coordinate care, develop plans, and serve as a clinical resource for the team.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical assessment, and communication skills, with eligibility for night shifts and weekend work in a safety-sensitive environment. Sign-on and day-one benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years RN experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Current RN license; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
