Responsibilities

• Provides daily clinical assessment of neurosurgical patients throughout all phases of care, with autonomy and critical thinking.
• Facilitates scheduling of studies or procedures with fiscal responsibility.
• Participates in protocol development and standards of care for neurosurgical patients.
• Assists nurses and staff to access, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors outcomes to support quality and performance improvement.
