Responsabilités

• Process and follow up on referrals and orders generated by providers.
• Obtain prior authorizations for appointments and procedures.
• Document all patient interactions and insurance communications in the chart or systems.
• Update patient demographics in the practice management system.
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
• Collect patient financial portions as applicable.
• Coordinate with Baptist Medical Group staff, facilities, insurers, patients and families.
