Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five years of healthcare experience required, including CQI program exposure.
• Two years of project management and/or process improvement preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery, patient flow, and payment models.

Responsibilities

• Build new relationships with Ambulatory Surgery Centers across the state.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, contracts and QI initiatives at ASC sites.
• Collaborate with CQI Coordinating Center Program Managers and BCBSM teams.
• Lead or support performance improvement projects from development through implementation.
