Job summary

Avera CNOS-Dakota Dunes is seeking a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide and manage direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and patient care within a defined specialty, following approved protocols and standards.

You will work with a care team to deliver high-quality care, educate patients and families, maintain accurate records, and adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Medical license to practice in the service state; board certified or board eligible.
• Active or eligible medical license in the service state.
• US DEA license (or eligibility) is required or advisable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients per approved protocols.
• Provide medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Interpret diagnostic information and formulate care plans.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care.

Education

Medical Doctor - Board of Medicine Licensed and board eligible

Doctor of Osteopathy - Board of Medicine Licensed and board eligible

Federal Drug Enforcement Admin license (DEA)
