Elios Healthcare in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a fast-paced neurosurgery practice. This role blends clinic duties, surgical first assist, and inpatient rounding, with autonomy in clinical decisions.

You will work closely with an experienced neurosurgeon, providing outpatient evaluations, perioperative care, and inpatient rounds, while coordinating care plans across settings. Strong clinical skills and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Neurosurgery or spine experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to train strong foundational candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical care including evaluations and follow ups.
• Assist in surgery as a first assist every other week.
• Round on postoperative and inpatient neurosurgical patients.
• Manage patient care plans in collaboration with the physician.
• Handle occasional inpatient consults as needed.
• Support continuity of care across clinic and hospital settings.
