Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado seeks a Neurosurgery OR RN Clinical Coordinator to lead the operating room team and coordinate patient care for a shift. Qualifications

• ASN/ADN with potential BSN within four years, as required.
• Colorado RN license (or compact) is essential.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in related area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and coordinate nursing activities for the assigned shift.
• Coordinate patient care across units to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Mentor staff and support leaders in nursing practices and policies.
• Participate in performance improvement and staffing decisions.
• Assist with training and orientation of personnel.
• Support physician practices and ensure patient-focused service.

Education

ASN / ADN from an accredited program with the ability to obtain BSN within four years

Current Colorado RN license or compact license

Current BLS certification

Minimum of three years RN experience
